One day, I listened to a bit of a cool podcast. Then I bingewatched a short but cool webseries. Then I found out some information about cool styles of writing from a cool game. And after I did the last one, the idea for DECIBEL was born. I've been wanting to do some sort of a storytelling project for quite a while now, considering even my own series, games or even an ARG. However, as it stands, fundwise, I am faced by many layers of what I refer to as 'tough titties' and hence, in one evening, over the span of about 10 minutes, the idea of attempting writing once again came to my mind and so this blog was born.
Well, thanks for reading my rambling about stuff and things and a crappy story on a blogging site forgotten by the gods (not to be confused with Tumblr which by the gods was deliberately forsaken and instead of just fading into obscurity was specifically cursed and condemned).
Welcome to the future, reader.
It's a shitty, shitty fuckin' place.
So, what the fuck is 'DECIBEL'?
Truth be told, I have no idea. This is certainly going to be a series of dark, possibly spooky short stories told from the perspectives of multiple characters set in a 'dreamier' version of the very near future. And that's literally where my knowledge as of writing this post ends as, similarly to most things I do, DECIBEL is going to be almost completely improvised with only a layer of backstory and worldbuilding guilding the overall arc of the story/-ies -which, of course, the dear reader will have to piece together him- or herself. I will try to make a definite schedule of posting the chapters but I cannot make any promises as of right now about what it's gonna be if it happens.Well, thanks for reading my rambling about stuff and things and a crappy story on a blogging site forgotten by the gods (not to be confused with Tumblr which by the gods was deliberately forsaken and instead of just fading into obscurity was specifically cursed and condemned).
